


The organisation of the PALLAS building project currently comprises ten people (8 FTEs) and is expected to expand to around 20 FTEs. The team is responsible for the substantive, financial and process management and control of the PALLAS project.

The project currently has two managers in the positions of project director and project manager, with support for public relations (PR), safety, health, environment, quality and security (SHEQS), contract management, legal affairs and the project secretariat. The project director carries ultimate responsibility and his portfolio primarily includes external project aspects (Project Board, tendering, PR, etc.). The project manager leads the substantive aspects of the project, such as the various project teams.
For the moment, the PALLAS project hires financial and HR services from the parent organisation NRG.
